We built the company around making sure that’s not your story — starting with a system you can see.
HOW IT WORKS
1 — Walk it
We start where the project starts: on your property. You tell us what’s not working and what you wish it was. We look at what the land is telling us — where the water goes, what the clay is doing, where the sun lands in August, what your HOA will want to see.
You walk away with an honest read: what’s possible, what it costs, and what has to happen first. Not a pitch. A read. A Clutch Consultation, and everything else depends on it.
2 — Plan it
Then it goes on paper. Scope, timeline, and a real number — in writing, before anyone lifts a shovel. What’s not included is written down too, because most surprises are things nobody wrote down.
Permits and HOA approvals are ours to handle, not yours.
3 — Build it
One crew, accountable to one person you can always reach — that’s One Number. And every Friday, The Friday Update: what happened this week, what happens next, anything we need from you.
It arrives whether the week went smoothly or not. Especially when it didn’t.
4 — Back it
Before we call it done, we do The Final Walk — you and us, item by item, until you’re satisfied rather than just finished. The warranty goes in writing.
And the phone still answers after the last check clears. That’s rather the point of us.

Both, and the water comes first — always. A patio on unsolved drainage is a repair with a start date. On The Walk-Through we look at the whole property, then sequence the work so each piece protects the next.

Honestly, it depends on scope. You’ll have a real number, in writing, before anything starts — and what’s not included, in writing too.
